By choosing “Express Delivery”, you can have your order delivered right to your door-step by a courier service (North America & Europe only)
Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that International carriers are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time.
Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for its arrival. In worst cases it might take up to 60 days for the order to arrive.
Due to the countrywide stay-at-home order, our distribution center may experience a delay so our normal 24-48 processing hours can take up to the full 72 business hours (not including weekends and holidays) before a package is shipped out.Please note that some orders will still process normally within 24 hours but there is no guarantee.
Once a package is ready for shipment, a tracking email will be sent out and it can take up to 5 days for the information to update as it will be handed off to the carrier.
This change is effective for all orders starting March 19, 2020.
The good news is we are still open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our awesome customers!
