Orders are usually shipped between 2 to 7 days.

However, it is inevitable that there will be some delays under certain circumstances.

Whatever happens, we will keep you informed by e-mail as to what is happening with your order.

Items sent overseas will usually take 1-4 weeks to reach their destinations.

We use First Class Airmail as a default option.

You can choose Express Shipping for a flat fee (for more info contact us by email).

Shortly after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Please note that domestic tracking information is not available in all countries. We suggest checking with your local postal service if you are unable to track the package via online service.

We do our best to ensure that our miniatures are top notch quality, but if you found any defects in the received product or any parts are missing, please take a photo of the whole package and email it to us.

Please note, if you want to get a free replacement for an item with the cost of more than €20, you will have to send this item back to us first (you can send only the defective part). As soon as we receive your package, we arrange the replacements. Same rules apply to items refunds.

Please contact your local postal service and provide them with a tracking number that we have emailed you.

From our experience packages hardly ever go missing. Usually, they are just delayed.

Please note, if your local postal service has given your package to another person by mistake, we will not be able to help you.

We advise you to split big orders into multiple ones or to use Express Shipping.

In case your package gets stuck at customs, please, email our sales and we will issue an invoice for you.
